Partnering with the teachers of Totius primary school and their internal feeding scheme, World Sports Betting has sponsored much needed food parcels to be delivered to 46 families in need. Many children rely on their daily meal provided by feeding schemes at schools and with the lockdown, this has been sadly lost by many.

The teachers of Totius however made sure this is not the case for their most vulnerable students and families. They have been personally delivering food and necessities to these families since the start of lockdown and with the Help of World Sports Betting has been able to continue to do so for another month.

Ryno Du Plessis, Marketing Director of World Sports Betting comended the school for their proactive efforts, “Being an old Vanderbijlpark resident myself, I understand the levels of poverty still exisiting in the area and I take my hat of to the school and their team for leading this project…” said Du Plessis. “We challenge any other businesses who are able to, to find out which schools in their areas are running these schemes and to get involved. This is a trying time for us all but it’s also an opportunity to help.”
