AmaZulu are currently 8^th on the table, level on points with Stellenbosch, but ahead of them on goal difference.  AmaZulu have not won in their last 8 matches and they are coming off 3 successive draws, the most recent one was a goalless draw at Marumo Gallants.  Their last home game was a 1-1 draw with Maritzburg United.

Stellenbosch have only won 1 of their last 5 matches and last time out lost 2-0 at home to SuperSport.  Their last away game was a 1-1 draw with Golden Arrows.

Both these sides have a 50% hit rate in their matches when it comes to under or over 2.5 goals and in the head-to-head both games finish 2-2 last season has me leaning towards the overs here.

Chippa United v Richards Bay

Chippa United are having a good season and they are up to 6^th on the table, but saw a 4 match winning streak ended when they lost 2-1 away to Cape Town City last time out.  Their last home game was a 1-0 victory over Sekhukhune, just their second home win in 5 matches this season.

Richards Bay are flying high, 2^nd on the log with 6 wins and 4 draws from their opening 12 games. They are undefeated in their last 7 and beat Cape Town city 1-0 at home in their last start.  Their last away game was a goalless draw at Orlando Pirates.

Richards Bay’s 12 matches have averaged an incredible 0.9 goals each, they have scored 8 and conceded 3 in that time.  Only 1 of their last 10 matches has seen both teams find the back of the net.

Chippa United will fancy their chances at home here, but Richards Bay defence is so strong I think we could be heading for a goalless draw.

TS Galaxy sit 12^th on the table after a 2-2 draw away at Kaizer Chiefs, those 2 goals broke a run of 7 successive matches that they have played without a goal and they have not won in their last 8 matches.

Sekhukhune currently sit bottom of the table and are coming off back-to-back defeats at Chippa United and SuperSport United.

Galaxy’s matches this season averaged just 1 goal each and if we narrow that down to their home games that drops to 0.8 goals and all 5 of their home games have failed to reach the 3 goal mark.

I am battling to be able to justify backing either side to win this game and the unders goal markets is no doubt going to be short.  Settling on the draw here at 2/1

SuperSport United are 3^rd on the table and have won 6 of their last 7 matches.  They beat Stellenbosch 2-0 away last time out and their last two home games were 3-1 victories over Sekhukhune and Royal AM.

Swallows have climbed to 13^th on the table after a victory, 2-0 at home against Royal AM last time out.  That broke a run of 5 successive games without a win.

Looking at the goal stats of the two sides, SuperSport United matches averaged 2.5 goals, the same as Swallows and both of them have had 6 of their 11 matches reach the 3 goal mark.  Those stats and the fact that this fixture finished 2-2 last season is enough to swing me towards overs here.
