OLEKSANDR USYK VS. DANIEL DUBOIS
Heavyweight Title Bout:
Usyk is a Ukrainian fighter who has a lot of experience under his belt, he is currently 20-0 in his professional boxing career, with 13 of his wins being by knockout. He is well known for his vast skill set as well as his evasive movement in the ring.
Usyk will be defending his WBA, IBF, WBO and IBO Heavyweight Titles for the second time since taking them from Anthony Joshua in 2021, who he has now beaten twice in his career.
Due to the fight taking place in Ukraine’s neighbouring country, Poland, Usyk will have massive support, this partnered with his 20-fight win streak will certainly see him hard to beat and he starts favourite for this bout.
Dubois is a young British boxer and at just 25 years of age he has a professional record of 19 wins and only 1 loss. Of Dubois’ 19 wins, an impressive 18 of them have been by knockout which shows just how much power he possesses. After his only career defeat to Joe Joyce in 2020, Dubois went on a rampage knocking out each of his next 4 opponents consecutively.
Dubois enters the fight as the clear underdog due to him not being as experienced as Usyk. Fighting next door to his opponents back yard will also make it tough for Dubois and he will be relying on one of his heavy strikes to land in order to shock Usyk and have a chance at gaining the heavyweight title.

Usyk (1/10)
Dubois (11/2)
Prediction:
Although I believe that Dubois will come out firing and land some big blows on Usyk, I think that Usyk will be experienced enough to absorb the damage and he will put Dubois away in the later rounds via KO.

HAMZAH SHEERAZ VS. DMYTRO MYTROFANOV
Middleweight event:
Sheeraz is a 24-year-old British fighter who is currently 17-0 in his professional career, with 13 of his 17 wins being by knockout. He has won 11 fights in a row with all of them ending via stoppage, showing us that this young fighter packs a huge punch.
Although he will also be fighting a Ukrainian fighter in Poland, he enters the bout as a heavy favourite, and he believes that a victory in the “lions’ den” will be way sweeter than one at home.
Mytrofanov is a Ukrainian fighter who is in his prime at 33 years of age. He has been undefeated in his professional career, and he currently sits on 13 wins and 1 draw. His last fight ended in a decision win against Juan Carlos Rodriguez in April this year.
Mytrofanov enters the fight as the underdog and although he will have the crowd at his back, he will need to perform very well in order to end the Brit’s winning streak.

Sheeraz (1/4)
Mytrofanov (11/4)
Prediction:
Mytrofanov will bring his all to this fight and dish out a good amount of punishment to his opponent, but I believe Sheeraz’s striking will be too good for the Ukrainian, causing him to drop to the canvas in round 8.
FIODOR CZERKASZYN VS. ANAUEL NGAMISSENGUE
Middleweight Bout:
Czerkaszyn is a fighter who is known for his stopping power, this can be seen by his professional record of 22-0, with 14 of these wins being knockouts. Debuting in 2015, Czerkaszyn is by far the more experienced fighter, and he has participated in 10 more fights then his opponent and he is the heavy favourite for this bout.
Ngamissengue will enter this fight with a current record of 12 wins and 0 losses. Out of his 12 wins, 8 of these have come as a result of a knockout, indicating that he also has the power to get the job done at any point in the fight. His lack of big fight experience sees him priced as the underdog here.

Czerkaszyn (1/10)
Ngamissengue (11/2)
Prediction:
I believe that both fighters will have enough in the tank for the fight to go the distance, resulting in Czerkaszyn winning by decision.
