world sports betting soccer previews

There are two DSTV Premiership matches taking place on Saturday and we take a look at both of them from a betting angle.

A reminder that World Sports Betting have now priced up with a “Without Mamelodi Sundowns” market and you can click here for the latest betting.

CAPE TOWN CITY v CAPE TOWN SPURS – Click here to bet

Cape Town City are currently 13th on the log and they have taken just 1 point from the last 15 they have played for, that came last time out when they were at TS Galaxy and the match finished 0-0 and broke a run of 4 successive losses.  This will only be Cape Town City’s second home match of the season having had 1 win and 1 loss in front of their own fans.

Cape Town Spurs are having a really tough introduction to the PSL and they have yet to register a point after 6 matches.  They were at home to Golden Arrows last time out and went down 2-1 and on the road this season they have lost to Swallows, Polokwane and TS Galaxy.

Cape Town City have been really battling, but the away point they took last time at TS Galaxy may just be a sign that they are starting to come to form.

I must admit to being surprised that we are getting 19/20 about a Cape Town City victory against a side that has yet to register a point.

Suggested Bet:  Cape Town City win at 19/20

POLOKWANE CITY v ROYAL AM – Click here to bet

Polokwane are currently 12th on the log, but with only 1 point from the last 9 they have played for, that came last time out at home to AmaZulu when the game finished goalless.  They have played 4 games at home this season winning 2, drawing 1 and losing 1, but that loss was against defending Champions, Mamelodi Sundowns.

Royal AM are currently 10th on the log and are coming off a 1-0 home defeat to Sekhukhune.  Their last away game was a goalless draw against Chiefs and overall on the road this season they have taken 4 points from a possible 6.

This fixture finished 1-0 to the visitors, Royal AM last season with the reverse fixture finishing goalless.

Polokwane City are priced at 37/20 and the draw at 2/1 and while I think the draw to be a big runner here I am actually expecting Royal AM to get 3 valuable away points.

Suggested Bet:  Royal AM win at 23/10
