There are 2 LaLiga matches taking place on Thursday and Friday and we suggest a bet in each of them.

THURSDAY

Osasuna v Atlético Madrid – Click here to bet

Osasuna are currently sitting 13th on the log with 7 points from their opening 6 matches.  They have only taken 1 point from the last 9 they have played for and that game was at home last time out when they played out a goalless draw with Sevilla.  Overall this season they played 3, drawn 1 and lost 2 scoring just 1 goal in front of their own fans.

Atlético Madrid are 5th on the log and bounced back from a 3-0 away defeat to Valencia with a 3-1 victory over Real Madrid on the weekend, a game where they could be backed at 18/10 for the 3 points before the match started.  Atlético’s 3 away matches have been a mixed bag and includes a 3-0 defeat, but also a 7-0 win at Rayo Vallecano and also a goalless draw at Real Betis.

Atlético Madrid won this fixture 1-0 last season and they have won their last 10 LaLiga fixtures against Osasuna so I am happy to take anything above 1/1 that they take all 3 points here.

Suggested Bet:  Atlético Madrid win at 23/20

FRIDAY

Barcelona v Sevilla – Click here to bet

Barcelona are currently 3rd on the log with 5 wins and 2 draws in their opening 7 games.  They were 5/10 favourites last time out, away at Mallorca, but could only draw 2-2 and that broke a run of 5 successive League victories.  Their home form has been perfect though with 3 wins in 3 starts scoring 10 goals while conceding just 2.

Sevilla currently sit 12th on the log and they recovered from a slow start to the season to take 7 points from the last 9 they have played for.  They beat Almeria 5-1 at home last time out and this will only be their 3rd away match having played out a goalless draw at Osasuna and lost 4-3 at Alaves.

Barcelona did the double over Sevilla last season winning both fixtures 3-0.

Sevilla have looked shaky in patches this season and I think their defence is going to struggle to keep Barcelona out and I am going to go for the hosts to score at least 3 goals against these opponents for the third successive match.

Suggested Bet:  Barcelona over 2.5 goals at 23/20
